Introduction
Zillow Data Exporter is a free tool that allows you to export property data from Zillow.
The data is exported to a CSV/Excel file that can be opened in Excel or any other spreadsheet programs such as Google Sheets.
Since the release of the extension, many people requested that more data be added to the export. This is why I decided to add more fields to the export.
This means that from today, if you are a paying user you will be able to export a lot more data points from Zillow.
What's new
- Added the ability to export more data points from Zillow.
This includes the following fields:
- Rent Zestimate (if available)
- Price Zestimate (if available)
- is Owner Occupied (if available)
- Latitude (if available)
- Longitude (if available)
- Property owned by Zillow (if available)
- Price per lot size unit (e.g. price per square foot or per acre of land)
- Apartment Number (if available)
- Number of days on Zillow (if available)
- Tax assessed value (if available)
