Introducing the paid plan
I am happy to announce the release of the paid plan for Zillow Data Exporter.
The paid plan is the beginning of the transition for Zillow data Exporter. I intend to turn Zillow Data Exporter into the best platform to analyze properties and find the best investments on Zillow and other real estate websites.
More features will be developed for the paid plan during the Beta period. The Beta period will last for 6 months and will end on 15 August 2023.
Why create a paid plan?
Unfortunately maintaining Zillow Data Exporter is not free.
It cost time and money to keep the project going and provide adequate support to the 1000's of users that already use Zillow Data Exporter. The paid plan will help cover the costs of running the project by allowing me to work more on the project as well as invest and develop more features.
Features
Please keep in mind that the features described in this section are only available to the paid plan. The free plan will remain free and will not be affected by the paid plan.The features are subject to change during the Beta period as I gather more feedback from the users.
Some features may end up being abandoned or altered during the Beta period.
- Export up to 800 properties at a time.
- Save export metadata to your account.
- Save the properties directly to Google Sheets.
- Remove empty columns from the exported data.
- Export property image URLs.
- Automate the export of properties.
Pricing
The paid plan is USD $49 per month if billed monthly and USD $36 per month if billed annually. The Beta testers will get the paid plan for free for 6 months after which they will be billed at the regular price.
How to upgrade
It is very easy to start using the paid plan. First, you need to create an account on Zillow Data Exporter. If you already have an account, you can login to your account.
Go to the login page to login to your account. Once your account is created, you will have access to the paid plan for free for 7 days.
After 7 days, you will be asked to upgrade to the paid plan or go back to the free plan.
You can upgrade to the paid plan by clicking on the "Upgrade" button on the pricing page.
Beta testers
If you are a beta tester, you can use the coupon code that you will receive shortly get the paid plan for free for 6 months.
