Introduction
I'm excited to announce that I'm working on a paid plan for Zillow Data Exporter. This is a paid plan that will allow you to export more data from Zillow and add more functionalities to the tool. The paid plan will be available in the next few months. I understand that this is a big change for Zillow Data Exporter's users. I want to explain why I'm making this change and what you can expect.
Why a paid plan?
Zillow Data Exporter is a free tool that allows you to export data from Zillow. I've been working on this tool for the past 4 months and I've been able to help hundreds of people. I'm very grateful for all the support I've received from the community.
However, taking care of Zillow Data Exporter is not free. I've also been spending a lot of time working on this tool. I've been thinking about how I can make Zillow Data Exporter sustainable.
To do this I've decided to create a paid plan for Zillow Data Exporter. This paid plan will allow me to continue to work on Zillow Data Exporter and maybe eventually transition to working on it full time. Making the life of my users easier is my main goal. I want to make sure that Zillow Data Exporter becomes the best tool to export data from Zillow.
Why not a one time payment?
Zillow is always changing. Asking for a one time payment would mean that I would have to constantly update the tool to make sure it works with the latest changes on Zillow but it would not be sustainable in the long term.
As you can imagine, adding new functionalities, fixing bugs, listening to users feedback and making sure the tool works with the latest changes on Zillow is a lot of work.
What's included in the paid plan?
There is no definitive list of features that will be included in the paid plan. I'm still working on it. However, here are some of the features that I'm considering:
- Export more data from Zillow (e.g. more photos, more data about the property, etc.)
- Export data from Zillow faster
- Export data from Zillow to a PDF file
- Export data from Zillow in bulk(currently limited to 40 properties)

Release timeline
There is no deadline for the release of the paid plan. Once the new features have been implemented, I will release the paid plan to a small group of beta testers. I will then release the paid plan to the general public.
Become a beta tester
If you are interested to become one of the beta testers, I can give you a free access to the paid plan for the first 90 days.

This is a limited offer for the first 25 people who are interested. When the paid plan is released I will send you an email with instructions on how to claim your free access to the paid plan.
If you don't like it at the end of the 90 days, you can cancel your subscription and you wont be charged. If you like it, you can keep your subscription and you will be charged the regular price.
Conclusion
Introducing a paid plan to a free tool is a big change. I want to make sure that I'm doing the right thing. I'm very excited to work on this new paid plan and I hope that you will like it.
